1/2 cup Chopped onions 1/2 cup Chopped carrots 1/2 cup Thinly sliced celery 3 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms 5 cup Water 1/2 cup Barley 4 teaspoon Vegtable broth powder 1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder

Preparation
Put vegtables in a big soup pot with a little water and cook for 5 min stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover & reduce heat to low & simmer 1 hour.
