Bits-O-Barley Cranberry Dessert Recipe
1 Half a cup Cranberry juice
2/3 cup AM Bits-O-Barley
1 pinch Salt
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Lemon peel
1/2 cup Honey
Bring first six ingredients to a boil, then cover, remove from heat
and let stand until all the juice is absorbed. Add honey, blend well.
Serve warm or cold.
