Ingredients
3 slice fresh bread 2 tbsp catup, >or<- 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp green pepper, finely chopped 1 tbsp mushrooms, finely chopped 1 dash dried oregano, >or<- 1 dash dried basil 1/4 cup mozzerella cheese

Preparation
Roll bread slices flat and thin with a rolling pin or an empty quart jar. Place on a flat pan 3" inches under the broiler; heat until lightly toasted on one side, then remove from oven. Turn slices over and spread untoasted sides with a layer of each of sprinkling of cheese. Broil until cheese melts and browns slightly. To serve, cut each pizza into quarters.

Diet tips
At the start of a diet, people most certainly look at food store and big brand food items labelled 'low in fat'. To do this is far too often a miscalculation, in that an item could be significantly reduced in fats, but nevertheless elavated in calories and carbs.
Some reduced carbohydrate diet tips:
* Use low carb chocolate for cookies and muffins.
If you have gone to the trouble of converting your most popular chocolate chip cookie or chocolate muffins recipe using soy flour, you really don't want to mix in those high carbohydrate sugar-rich chocolate. Chop up a reduced carbohydrate chocolate bar into tiny pieces and use that in its place.
* Know what is in your food
Watch out for the food label that boasts to be 'low carb' - check the real nutritional information on the reverse of the can or package. Some are only slightly decreased and in some instances still higher than a competitors normal brand. Also, beware of 'low sugar' and 'low fat' labels - 'low sugar' doesn't always mean 'low carb' - often the carbs are exactly the same.
