In planning a meal plan, the important thing is to try to cut down your ingestion of fat, salt and refined carbohydrates.
Some lower carb diet pointers:
* Use splenda instead of sugar.
Most recipes that require sugar can be adapted to make use of a good substitute like splenda. It is not exactly the same so you will need to experiment a little and it might not work in every case, but it does bake up nice once you have it cracked.
