Arroz Caliente Recipe
1 lb hamburger
1 cup onion -- chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
12 oz salsa
1 cup rice, cooked
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1 cup nonfat monterey jack cheese
Brown meat and onions in seasonings. Drain fat.
Mix remaining ingredients and top with cheese.
Microwave 5 minutes on medium high.
