Ingredients
4 bananas, sliced 1 1/2 cup oranges, diced 1 cup grapes, seedless 1 cup dates, chopped 4 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup coconut, flaked
RED FRUIT SALAD DRESSING
1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup cranberry sauce, jellied 1/2 cup cream, whipping, whipped
Recipe
Preparation
Combine first 4 ingredients, and sprinkle with lemon juice; chill. Before serving, toss lightly. Garnish with coconut, and serve with Red Fruit Salad Dressing.
Red Fruit Salad Dressing: Combine all ingredients, using a folding motion. Yield: 2 cups.
