8 tbsp water 2 cup balsamic vinegar 4 tbsp dijon mustard, fat free 8 tbsp lemon juice 4 cl garlic, crushed 2 tsp salt 2 tsp oregano 1 black pepper to taste 2 tsp sugar 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
