Basil-Sesame Dressing Recipe
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp grated parmesan or asiago cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp chopped italian parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 pepper, to taste
Whisk together all ingredients. Add pepper.
Yield: 3/4 cup.
