1/4 cup onion,. chopped 1/4 cup peanut oil 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp fresh ginger root, chopped 1 tbsp celery, chopped 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp tomato paste 1 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp lemon juice 1 dash each salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in blender of food processor. Process until almost smooth.
