Benihana Salad Dressing *** Tvcv49a Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp ginger root, chopped,
1 tbsp celery, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 dash salt & pepper

Recipe Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until
almost smooth. Per serving: 91 calories, 3 g protein 9 g. fat, 2 g.
