1/4 cup onion, chopped 1/4 cup peanut oil 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp fresh ginger root, chopped 1 tbsp celery, chopped 1 tbsp soy sauce, * 1 1/2 tsp tomato paste 1 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp lemon juice 1 dash salt 1 dash pepper
