Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp minced green onion 1 tbsp each chopped fresh dill and capers 1 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish 1 pinch pepper 8 slices whole wheat bread 1 1/2 tsp butter, softened 4 slices smoke salmon 12 thin slices cucumber

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion, dill, capers, horseradish and pepper. Trim crusts from bread; spread with butter, then mayonnaise mixture.
