Shrimp Boats (Bateaux Des Crevettes) Recipe
6 each brown and swerve rolls
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 each egg yolk, beaten
1/4 cup cream
1 cup american cheese, shredded
1 lb shrimp, peeledd
1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp green onion, chopped
1 tbsp flour
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp pimiento
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp dry sherry
2 each egg yolks, beaaten
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 parsley, chopped

Bake rolls as directed on package - BUT reduced baking time by 5
minutes. cut center of of each roll to form a rectangle shape. Brush
insides of rolls with 1 tb. melted butter. Ccombine 1 egg yolk, cream
and cheese - then half fill roll with cheese custard. Bake at 350~
for 15 minutes.
Melt 2 tb. butter in skillet and saute green onions, green pepper
and shrimp until shrimp are cooked. Then add flour, slat and pepper.
Stir in cream and whisk until the sauce thickens. Then add mushrooms,
pimiento, lemon juice and sherry.
Blend egg yolks, paprika and last 2 tb. soft butter. Stir into
shrimp and sauce. Then pour into cheese custard rolls and Garnish
with chopped parsley.

Dieting made easy
One useful tip is to drink plenty of water. Don't trust advertizing that boasts 'low carb' - check the real nutritional information on the back of the product. A good number of are only slightly reduced and in some cases still higher than a competitors normal brand. Also, beware of 'low sugar' and 'low fat' labels - 'low sugar' does not always mean 'low carb' - usually the carbs are the same.

The onion, leek and garlic family of foods is rich in allyl sulphides, a chemical which experts believe might be linked to a reduced risk of stomach and colon cancer.
Even though there is not much scientific proof at hand, allyl sulfides are also believed to aid in antiinflammatory effect, arteriosclerosis and physical exhaustion.
Foods containing allyl sulfides also have a low calorie count, so should be included in your weight loss program.
