Super Crab-A-Tizers Recipe
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 vegetable oil
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 can (120g each) crab meat,
1 can (10oz/284ml) mushrooms,
1 drained, chopped
16 dare breton crackers,
8 eggs, beaten
In large saucepan saute onion and green pepper in small amount of hot
oil until tender; remove from heat. Add cheese, crab meat, mushrooms
and cracker crumbs to pan; toss well. Stir in beaten eggs. Spoon
mixture into greased miniature muffin pans or tart tins. Bake in 350F
(180C) oven for 15 minutes or until done. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
