6 oz tuna, drained 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp pimento, chopped 1 tsp chives, chopped 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 1 dash pepper 2 tbsp dry bread crumbs 2 tbsp butter 4 baking shells, (1/2-cup size

Recipe by: Janet Morrissey <janetm@ONLINE1.MAGNUS1.COM> Mix first 10 ingredients together well. Divide into shells (or small casseroles). Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes minutes or until top is lightly browned.
