Ingredients
3 cup cooked, minced turkey 1 medium onion chopped 1 cup canned kidney beans, drained 1 4 oz. can green chiles 2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin powder 2 ribs celery, chopped 3 cup turkey or chicken broth 1 cup raw rice 1 6 oz. can tomato paste 1 tsp prepared mustard

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until rice is tender, about 35 minutes. For thicker, richer chili, puree one small can of kidney beans in a blender or food processor and add to chili. From: Pat Stockett Date: Sat, 10-2
