Ingredients
1 1/4 lb ground beef or ground 1 turkey 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder 1/2 tsp ground cumin 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed a, nd drained 1 1/4 cup chunky salsa 1 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded 8 medium flour tortillas -- warmed

In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 10-12 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Pour off drippings. Season beef with chili powder, cumin and 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Stir in spinach and salsa; heat through. Remove from heat; stir in cheese. Spoon 1/2 cup beef mixture in center of each tortilla. Fold bottom edge up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping edges.

All you have to do is simply toast the reduced carb bread in your oven on a baking tray. Once it is well toasted, whizz it in your food processor or blender. Keep in a tupperware container.

The alliaceae family of foods is rich in allyl sulfides, a chemical which experts believe could be linked to a reduced risk of stomach and colon cancer.

Foods containing allyl sulfides are also good for weight loss, so should be included in your weight loss regime.
