Sesame Turkey Cubes Recipe

3 lb cooked turkey breast cut into 1 cub, es
1 cup mayonnaise
3/8 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup sesame oil
1 cl garlic, finely minced
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp szechuan hot oil (to taste)
1 cup toasted sesame seed
Mix together all ingredients except cubed turkey. Place a long
toothpick with fancy end into each turkey cube. Dip first into
mayonnaise mixture, then into sesame seeds. Chill until serving time.
