Dutch Potato Rolls Recipe
2 lb mashed potatoes
1 salt and pepper
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 oz ham, finely chopped
1 butter for frying
Cream mashed potatoes with milk, butter, seasonings and nutmeg to
taste. Remove from heat and add the egg yolks, tomato pure and
chopped ham. With floured hands, shape into smalll rolls and fry in
