2 lb mashed potatoes
1 salt and pepper
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 oz ham, finely chopped
1 butter for frying
Cream mashed potatoes with milk, butter, seasonings and nutmeg to

chopped ham. With floured hands, shape into smalll rolls and fry in
