Ingredients
1 1/2 qt water 4 potatoes, diced 1 carrot, diced 2 celery stalks, diced 1 onion, diced 2 large bulbs garlic, peeled 1/2 tsp thyme 1 dash cayenne 1 salt to taste

Preparation
Bring water to a boil. Add vegetables, garlic & spices. Cook over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Puree & serve.
